Dear customer, Feni, d/b/a Feni (“feni”, “feni.finance”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protect the privacy of d/b/a You (“Customer”, “user/s”, “you” or “yours”). We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices to you regarding the information we collect, use, and share in connection with Feni as, mobile apps, website, news and other services of our product that we and our chosen affiliates provide to you collectively as our Service.

A) About collecting information our users provide us.

(i) Thank you notes and feedback. If you provide Feni, our trusted partners and other affiliated services with feedback or chose to contact us, we may receive your name and contact information such as; an email address, phone number and/or as well as any other content included in or associated with your message.

(ii) Information for verication. Feni will collect your information to be able to verify your account, your identity or your financial results for yearly based update notices, such as: contact information, MPC-holdings, MPC transactions and/or interactions with creators for information relating to the authentication of your use and ownerships. Feni may use automatised AI data collection technologies to collect certain information.

(iii) Information regarding your account. When you create an account or use our services, you will provide Feni with certain information. Feni will collect this information and other data you add to your account, such as your email address, username, linked social media accounts, GrantHub applications, MPO campaigns, MPC-holdings, MPC transactions, tracking and interactions with other accounts, bank account details, crypto wallet details and other information that you provide on Feni. Your account information will be presented as per your choice from the existing template created for this under “Profile” in your account when logged in. Your username and/or other profile details that you allow to be showcased publicly on your profile under “Profile" will be publicly visible. Your MPC holdings, MPC transactions, email address, bank account, crypto wallet and other information Feni value as private will be hidden from public visibility as for security reasons. If you have ownership and/or buy or sell that ownership from a successfully funded project your personal feni ID-number will be showcased together with a transaction-ID in the private blockchain for ownership of that same MPC chain. As per internets functionality you should remember that public content can exist elsewhere on the internet even after you remove it or delete your account on Feni. If you choose to share your Feni profile page publicly in your settings your profile content may be seen on other search engines such as google or bing even after deletion of your account.

(iv) Other information. Feni may also collect information and other data about you in our services where you voluntarily provide it or where we state that your information is being collected. Preferences for our services lets you store your content displayed, notification settings, MPC-holdings, MPC transactions and other connections with other Feni users through all our channels and services. Your choices to integrate with Feni may therefore be associate with your account, browser, and/or mobile devices for developments of our services.

(v) Web3. Your blockchain wallet address functions as your identity to deposit, withdrawal or to selling your MPC-holdings structured in crypto currencies in a successfully funded project on Feni. Exceptionally Feni do not consider a blockchain wallet address, standing alone, to be enough information that identifies a user. However, a blockchain wallet address may become associated with you, your user ID-number or the information we collect about you when you use our services. Accordingly, you will need a blockchain wallet and associated wallet address to access certain aspects of our services that are associated with digital assets or in the web3 sphere.

(vi) Tracking technologies & cookies. Feni as many other services use cookies to collect information. We may use both persistent cookies(stays on your computer until you delete them) and session cookies(expires once you close your web browser) to analyse how our users interact with Feni’s services to make improvements by securing the quality and to provide our users with a more personalised customer experience. Additionally, we need to use "Pixel Tags”(also referred to as clear; Web beacons, Web bugs or Gifs). Pixel Tags allow us and our trusted third parties to analyse how users and and navigate through our services, which will make our services more useful and tailor our users experience with us to meet users particular interests and needs. (vii) Stop and do not track. As hitherto there is no common supposed meaning to understanding about what a "Do Not Track" signal is, Feni therefore don’t respond to those signals in any particular way. Our customers are requested to keep in mind some safety tips before exploring the universe of MPC(Motion Picture Credits) both those who are partly based on web3 and the existing financial at systems. See below regarding how you may be able to withdraw your consent for the use of certain tracking technologies like cookies and pixel tags. You may also contact us for further assistance.

• ! Be cautious on emails which may look similar to real Feni emails. Feni will never ask you to link directly with other user to sign a MPC transaction privately or download email attachments and links if we are not engaged in any orders given by you. All Feni’s email will come from: *@feni.nance. Also look out for phishing email or chats conversations that look suspicious and please contact us for further investigations.
• ! Be cautious if you receive a screenshot from a prospective buyer experiencing an error when purchasing from your MPC-holdings as this is usually a scam. Feni will never ask you to scan a QR code to validate your account or for any deposits of differentiated currency or commodity to a private bank account or web3 wallet in order to sell your MPC-holdings.

(viii) Public information. As for data collection of public information from users activity and other information that is publicly visible or accessible on the MPC market, during the funding campaigns or through other public sources connected to Feni’s services. This information may include; at currency bank accounts, crypto wallet addresses and further information regarding buy & sales transactions for MPC-holdings, and/or distribution & royalties transfer sales of MPC-holdings, which may then be associated with other data you have provided to us.

(ix) Storing. To provide our service as our users interacts we may also store data in log les as corporate trade secrets. This data will further be analysed as trends and enforce our: Terms of service, General terms and Cookie policy to make the service more useful to you. We will collect information such as: Anonymous data from you when you interact with our service, including, but not limited to, users operating system, IP address and associated geolocation, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet types, bank accounts, bank branches, clickstream data with actions, referring pages, date and time stamps, your browser type, Face-ID or fingerprint and all your publicly shared details.

(x) Third-parties. Feni as for our technologies engages with third-party services to help collect some of the information referred to above. Associated third-party services may collect information about your use of our service through their own cookies, pixel tags, or other technologies as preferred with users information when acting on behalf of Feni. Our associated third-party services’ are restricted by such third-party services’ terms of use and privacy policy in their ability to be able to use and share information. For example such as: Payment gateways, ID-verification gateways and related AI-collections associated with Feni’s services. Feni may further receive information about our users related to our users from service providers such as these third parties and other affiliates companies that offer their products and/or services to Feni or to you for use in cooperation with our services. Information collected from third-party companies products and/or services may be linked directly from our services. This data may be added to what we have already collected from/or about you through our services.

B) How Feni may use information about our users to provide a better personalised service to our customer experience and to be able to improve our services.

• To communicate with our users.
• Creating anonymised, deidentified, or aggregated records from identifiable information. Feni may use this type of data for the same purposes as above such as including to improve our services. Feni may also use or/and disclose such anonymised, deidentified, or aggregated information for your personal purpose or against third parties. Feni will be maintaining the used data in private form and will not attempt to reidentify the information unless strictly permitted by law to do so.
• To operate, provide and keep our services maintained.
• To personalise your use and experience on the services, including by making recommendations and/or send notifications to you.
• For maintaining the safety, security and integrity of our services, and to investigate, address, and prevent misbehaviour and conduct that may violate our Terms of service and General terms and/or what is harmful or unlawful for humanity.
• For sending you promotional materials such as newsletters and other notices related to our services or third parties’ products and services.
• Cooperation regarding investigations by law enforcement, compliments with applicable laws or other authorities of suspected violations of law or/and to protect our Associates’ and associated third parties legal rights.
• Actions and behaviour in any other way which Feni discards to and you have consented through this Privacy policy.
• For improvements that analyse our services in different states and countries.

C) Third-party financial services, banks, web3, wallets, websites and other technologies.

When navigating on Feni you may click on a link to other websites or locations. As you do that you leave Feni and go to another site where an another entity may collect information from and about you. As it is out of Feni’s control we cannot be responsible for these third-party websites or their content. We therefore recommend our users to please be aware of that this/our Privacy policy does not apply to third-party websites content, or to any collection of your information or information about you after you click on links to such third-party websites. Feni encourage all our users to always read the privacy policies of every website they visit as the saying goes: "safe is better then sorry”. Any links in cooperation with third-party websites or locations exist for the convenience of Feni’s business and for our users. Please do not signify Feni with third parties or their products, content, or websites. To be able to use certain aspects of Feni’s services our users must provide web3 functionality, crypto wallet, bank account or other financial accounting devices which allows them to create transactions on the public MPC market and/or to financially back a funding campaign. Our users interactions with any third-party such as banks, wallet providers, creators, distributors, payment processors or other technologies or services that coexists with Feni’s services will be related by that third-party terms of use and Privacy policy.

D) Disclosure regarding the information our users provide.

We may share our users information with third-party service providers, which as providing technical services and conducting sample testing assurance regarding securing the quality of our product. As for preventing, detecting, and respond to potential violations or possible unauthorised activities of Feni’s policies and regulations Feni may also provide infrastructure and customer support information to provide our and/or other services to you. Further, in order to provide our services in accordance with our agreement with you and in our legitimate interests to run an efficient global company, we may share some or all of your information and information about you with any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies or products under our common control, in which case we will require our affiliates to honour this Privacy policy. Regarding the information that is related to your public activity, Feni in accordance with our agreement with you will provide our services which may display or share information relating to your public MPC activity and/or other activity throughout Feni platforms with trusted third parties. For example, we use technology like APIs(Application Programming Interface) to make certain information available to websites, apps, and others for their use. In our duty to run an effective business, corporate restructuring may occur, Feni therefore may have to share some or all of your information and information about you in connection with or during negotiation of any merger, financing venture, acquisition, dissolution transaction, proceeding involving a sale, transfer, divestiture of all or a portion of our business or assets. In the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership, your information may also be transferred as a business asset. If another company later acquires Feni, our business, and/or our assets it will be possessed by the new company which will assume the rights and obligations regarding your information and information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. Our business focuses on obtaining legal rights required by laws in your jurisdiction by best effort, regardless of any choices you make regarding your information. To uphold legal technicality Feni may disclose your information and information about you if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary for/if:

Feni periodically sends you newsletters and/or emails that directly promote the use of our services or third parties’. When you receive email communications from us, you may indicate a preference to stop receiving these communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email you receive or through the notifications preferences in your settings page in your profile. Despite these preferences, we may send you occasional service related informational communications and important updates regarding our business. Feni’s users are able to decide at any time that they no longer wish to accept cookies from our services for any of the purposes described above. In determining the length of time, our consideration criteria are such as whether we need the information to continue providing our services, comply with legal obligations, and other factors regarding our business. We may also continue to retain your information about you even after you have requested a deletion of your data if such retention of information is reasonably necessary for Feni to comply with to: our legal obligations, resolve possible future disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of service, General terms and/or other agreements, and/or protect our legal rights and other interests. You can access data, view, edit, or delete your provided information and information about you for certain aspects in your settings page. Depending on applicable law where you reside, you may have certain rights in relation to information about you. However, such rights are not absolute and may apply only in certain circumstances. If such rights are not provided under law for your operating entity or jurisdiction, Feni has full discretion in fulfilling your request. Some rights available for our users may include the rights to:

• Request access and/or obtain a copy of your personal information, or certain details regarding the ways in which we use and disclose your personal information.
• Request correction of inaccurate personal information that we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict the processing of your personal information.
• Request portability of your personal information.
• If Feni have processed your personal information based on your consent, you may have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you wish to exercise your rights under an applicable data protection or privacy law, please contact us and specify your request and reference the applicable law. Feni may ask for additional information to verify and update your identity(such as your email address or government issued ID) or ask for more information about your request. We will consider and act upon any above request in accordance with applicable law. In situation where you may designate an authorised agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights, Feni will before accepting such a request from an agent require them to provide proof that you have authorised them to act on your behalf and may need you to verify your identity directly with us first. Feni will not discriminate against our users for exercising any of their supposed rights. If you believe or suspect fraud or that Feni have infringed your rights, we encourage you to first contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue or dispute informally. If Feni deny your request, you may have the right to appeal our decision by informing us about such decision by contacting us. Feni strive for satisfied customers, while we hope and work for that our responses goodwill meets you. As is further goes you may also have the right to complain to the data protection regulator where you reside and/or work if your expectations are still unfulfilled.

G) Some security.

Feni care about our customers privacy and therefore use administrative, physical and AI technological safeguards for perseverance of our users integrity and security needs. This includes all the information that are collected through our services. We take responsibility for our services and would like to remind our users to do the same about theirs:

• Passwords.
• Bank account codes.
• Digital Wallet codes.
• Your Customer ID at Feni connected to your MPC-holdings.
• MPC-holdings and/or other sensitive information. We by definite urge you to take steps to ensure that this type of information always remains secure by keeping your passwords for yourself. If you however discover an issue related, please contact us and/or your third-party integration wallet immediately.

Still as conclusion, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems, or those of our vendors. In the event that any information under our custody and control is compromised as a result of a breach of our security, we will take action to investigate the situation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We're committed to protect our users personal data as we put in place appropriated technical and organisational measures to help protect the security of their personal data. Feni’s safeguards are in place as they include pseudonymisation, encryption such as Transport Layer Security(TLS), access and retention policies and two step verifications to guard against unauthorised access and unnecessary retention of personal data in our systems. In addition, personal data stored in our computer systems are secured by physical security measures. To protect your user account, we encourage you to:

• Use a strong password which you only use for your Feni account.
• Never share your password with anyone.
• Limit access to your computer and browser.
• Log out once you have finished using Feni on a shared device.
• Don’t use public networks that are easily accessible for others to hack.
• Be aware.
• Don’t share your exact net worth holdings with anyone.
• Don’t indulge in conversations, third-party links or other possible spam connections without proper research.
• Never share your OTP code.
• Never let anyone else log-in for you.

H) Children’s privacy protection.

At Feni, protecting children's privacy is of uppermost importance to us. We adhere to the following guidelines below to ensure compliance and safety.

• ! Age restrictions and data collection: Feni does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. Our Terms of service and General terms require all users to be at least 18 years old to buy MPCs.
• ! Usage by minors: Minors who are at least 16 years old but under 18 years old may see the content available, but only with the supervision of the account holder.

Feni’s services are not intended for persons who are prohibited by the law of their country of residence or nationality from accessing the information on such a website as ours. Persons who are prohibited from accessing the information or who are in doubt as to whether they are permitted to access the information are kindly requested to leave our website and all our services. If Feni believes that the provision of services or products may violate the laws or regulations of the person's home country or any other country, Feni will not provide our services or products to that person. As a global organisation, different Feni entities, products/services and sites may be subject to different privacy laws based on where our entity operates such as:

Feni does not guarantee that the website and app or the Internet services provided through the website and app will operate without interruption or disruption. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy policy by posting the new Privacy policy at our website and other service channels. The date the Privacy policy was last revised is identified at the beginning of this Privacy policy. You are responsible for periodically visiting our services and this Privacy policy to check for any changes

N) Force majeure.

Feni is not liable for any damage that the user may suer due to an event caused by any foreign legislation or foreign governmental action, war, strikes, blockades, boycotts, lockouts or other similar circumstances. The reservation regarding strikes, blockades, boycotts and lockouts applies even if Feni itself is subject to or takes such conflict measures. Nor is Feni obliged to compensate the user for damage in other cases if Feni has exercised normal precautions.
