Dear customer, Feni, d/b/a Feni (“feni”, “feni.finance”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protect the privacy of d/b/a You (“Customer”, “user/s”, “you” or “yours”). We have prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices to you regarding the information we collect, use, and share in connection with Feni as, mobile apps, website, news and other services of our product that we and our chosen affiliates provide to you collectively as our Service.

(iii) Information regarding your account. When you create an account or use our services, you will provide Feni with certain information. Feni will collect this information and other data you add to your account, such as your email address, username, linked social media accounts, GrantHub applications, MPO campaigns, MPC-holdings, MPC transactions, tracking and interactions with other accounts, bank account details, crypto wallet details and other information that you provide on Feni. Your account information will be presented as per your choice from the existing template created for this under “Profile” in your account when logged in. Your username and/or other profile details that you allow to be showcased publicly on your profile under “Profile" will be publicly visible. Your MPC holdings, MPC transactions, email address, bank account, crypto wallet and other information Feni value as private will be hidden from public visibility as for security reasons. If you have ownership and/or buy or sell that ownership from a successfully funded project your personal feni ID-number will be showcased together with a transaction-ID in the private blockchain for ownership of that same MPC chain. As per internets functionality you should remember that public content can exist elsewhere on the internet even after you remove it or delete your account on Feni. If you choose to share your Feni profile page publicly in your settings your profile content may be seen on other search engines such as google or bing even after deletion of your account.
(iv) Other information. Feni may also collect information and other data about you in our services where you voluntarily provide it or where we state that your information is being collected. Preferences for our services lets you store your content displayed, notification settings, MPC-holdings, MPC transactions and other connections with other Feni users through all our channels and services. Your choices to integrate with Feni may therefore be associate with your account, browser, and/or mobile devices for developments of our services.
(v) Web3. Your blockchain wallet address functions as your identity to deposit, withdrawal or to selling your MPC-holdings structured in crypto currencies in a successfully funded project on Feni. Exceptionally Feni do not consider a blockchain wallet address, standing alone, to be enough information that identifies a user. However, a blockchain wallet address may become associated with you, your user ID-number or the information we collect about you when you use our services. Accordingly, you will need a blockchain wallet and associated wallet address to access certain aspects of our services that are associated with digital assets or in the web3 sphere.
(vi) Tracking technologies & cookies. Feni as many other services use cookies to collect information. We may use both persistent cookies(stays on your computer until you delete them) and session cookies(expires once you close your web browser) to analyse how our users interact with Feni’s services to make improvements by securing the quality and to provide our users with a more personalised customer experience. Additionally, we need to use "Pixel Tags”(also referred to as clear; Web beacons, Web bugs or Gifs). Pixel Tags allow us and our trusted third parties to analyse how users and and navigate through our services, which will make our services more useful and tailor our users experience with us to meet users particular interests and needs. (vii) Stop and do not track. As hitherto there is no common supposed meaning to understanding about what a "Do Not Track" signal is, Feni therefore don’t respond to those signals in any particular way. Our customers are requested to keep in mind some safety tips before exploring the universe of MPC(Motion Picture Credits) both those who are partly based on web3 and the existing financial at systems. This data will further be analysed as trends and enforce our: Terms of service, General terms and Cookie policy to make the service more useful to you. We will collect information such as: Anonymous data from you when you interact with our service, including, but not limited to, users operating system, IP address and associated geolocation, device ID, blockchain wallet address, wallet types, bank accounts, bank branches, clickstream data with actions, referring pages, date and time stamps, your browser type, Face-ID or fingerprint and all your publicly shared details.
(x) Third-parties. Feni as for our technologies engages with third-party services to help collect some of the information referred to above. Associated third-party services may collect information about your use of our service through their own cookies, pixel tags, or other technologies as preferred with users information when acting on behalf of Feni. Our associated third-party services’ are restricted by such third-party services’ terms of use and privacy policy in their ability to be able to use and share information. For example such as: Payment gateways, ID-verification gateways and related AI-collections associated with Feni’s services. Feni may further receive information about our users related to our users from service providers such as these third parties and other affiliates companies that offer their products and/or services to Feni or to you for use in cooperation with our services. As you do that you leave Feni and go to another site where an another entity may collect information from and about you. As it is out of Feni’s control we cannot be responsible for these third-party websites or their content.
